CAN WE HELP YOU?

We’re happy to announce we successfully helped improve another client’s life. This case involved a young woman in her early 30’s injured by a reckless driver who was texting while driving.

The at-fault driver had only the bare minimum insurance coverage – just $25,000. Our client was smart and lucky enough to have her own Under-Insured Motorist (UIM) Coverage. She bought UIM Coverage hoping her own insurance company would take care of her. However, her insurance company initially refused to pay her claim, and then offered only $2,000.

We only take a small number of clients. We keep our caseload small so we can really invest in our clients and learn their stories. We didn’t budge – instead, we showed the insurance company how we were going to win at trial and the value of our client’s case.

The result was the insurance company agreeing to pay our client more than $80,000.
